Oomph was founded by Amy Rice, Patty Hopple and Louise Brooks. These stylish women believe that simple elements of great design can totally transform any room. oomph Chairs are hand-made by a family of artisans who have been working their trade for generations. Comfortable and beautifully constructed, they will be a stylish addition to any room in your home.

All of oomph’s pieces are made to order in their workshop in Connecticut.  Skilled artisans construct each table from sustainable, plantation-grown poplar.

Most pieces are available in your of 16 high-gloss lacquer colors and are customizable with a range of surface finishes, including “gator” and natural raffia. To help you choose, there’s a handy lacquer color and surface swatch deck available for only $50.  And once you’ve made your choice, your piece will be ready to enjoy in just 6-8 weeks.  Not bad for custom furniture!

The Lands’ End tote is an American icon.  When I was younger, I carried mine all summer long to the beach, and it always had a towel, a paperback, sunscreen, and M&M’s.  My bag and I went everywhere together, and for years, it’s been the perfect tote for anyone looking for something easy, affordable, and chic.  Around town, I see countless designers carrying fabric samples and drawings in their totes to work.
