Do you have fabric samples?
Gracious Style understands that it is often helpful to review items in person. With this in mind, we are happy to send sample napkins from any of our collections for your review. We will require a refundable deposit for the items sent, plus $5 for shipping. After inspection, all unused items may be returned for a refund. Some of our collections offer sample swatches for $2 per sample. Please call us at 1-888-828-7170 for sample orders.

Where are your collections made?
Gracious Style travels around the world to find the absolute highest quality and craftsmanship for our collections. From the United States to Europe and back again, you can be sure that we are always adding the finest and most elegant items in tableware, bedding and bath just for you.

Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates in any dollar amount are available for purchase both online and by calling 1-888-828-7170.

Standard Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your merchandise before taxes. Standard ground and two-day shipping rates are applicable for orders shipped within the continental United States.  Please note that fabric samples and gift cards are shipped free of charge via U.S. Mail.

International Deliveries
Gracious Style can ship anywhere in the world. After you have placed your order, we will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs.  Please note that our shipping quotes do not include any applicable duties, valued added taxes, or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon delivery. You will be billed for global shipping costs at the time your package is shipped.  For more information on the rates for a particular destination or for more details please write us.

Oversized Charges
Certain larger items are subject to an oversized delivery charge. These are noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to standard shipping rates.

Standard Delivery Times
For shipments within the continental U.S., please allow seven to ten business days for standard shipping and two business days for express shipping. On shipments to the U.S. territories and AFO/FPO addresses, please allow two to six weeks for delivery. Please note that these approximate times are for items already in stock.  Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.  Call us at 1.888.828.7170 or e-mail us to check if an item is in stock.

Where is my order shipped from?
Due to the large selection of items we offer, items may be  shipped directly from our manufacturers to you or from Gracious Style in Los Angeles, California.

Sales Tax

No Sales Tax Added in Most States

Gracious Style only collects taxes on purchases shipped to destinations in California.  We are not required to collect sales tax on orders delivered outside of California, but you may be required to remit sales tax to your local taxing authority.

No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

Returns

Can I return my order?
If you need to return an item, please send it back in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The following exceptions apply: 

1. Sale items, custom orders, special orders, monogrammed items, and items with special discounts are not returnable.
2. Art, furniture, mirrors, and sterling silver items are not returnable.
3. Alain Saint Joanis, Alberto Pinto, Anna Weatherley, Ercuis, Seguso Viro, and Varga returns will incur a 20% restocking charge.
4. Flora Danica dinnerware (Royal Copenhagen), Serpent Urn (L'Objet), and Swan Bijoux Bowl (L'Objet) are not returnable.
5. Buccellati and oomph products are not returnable.
6. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Merchandise which is not returned in accordance to the conditions listed above will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please make a copy of your sales receipt or invoice and let us know why the product was not satisfactory. Mail the item, in its original condition, to the following address:
