What should I do if my package is lost?

If your tracking details show that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please wait 48 hours following delivery confirmation as sometimes packages will arrive after they are scanned.  If you have done so, try the following:

1) Verify the shipping address on your order.  Do this by checking your order confirmation or by logging into your account online.

2) Look for a notice of attempted delivery.  These are usually left on your front door or mailbox.

3) Look around your delivery location (mailbox, behind bushes, side doors, back doors, garage, mailroom, receptionist, etc).  

4) See if someone else in your household, office, or neighbor accepted your delivery.

5) Contact the carrier.  Provide them with your tracking number to start a claim. You can reach them as follows:

If you’ve tried all of these, but you still can’t resolve the issue, contact us for help. Please note that it will take 3-5 business days to investigate and find a resolution.
