Replete with intrigue and sophistication, the Aurora Ash Collection adds a hint of mystery to your everyday dining with warm, charcoal tones. Handcrafted of durable stoneware in Italy, Aurora is the unique result of a beautiful collaboration with maestro artisan, Francesco Venzo.

Since 1983, Vietri has specialized exclusively in Italian handcrafted ceramics, stainless and pewter flatware, mouth blown glassware, lamps, urns and planters. Families of artisans with 3 or 4 generations of history create these special pieces using centuries-old techniques. The subtle color from a paintbrush and the curving stroke of the artist's hand are never repeated in quite the same way, making each piece truly unique.

Italian Stoneware - VIETRI uses stoneware clay that is indigenous to Italy. Stoneware clay is less porous and fired at higher temperatures to make it oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe, and highly resistant to chipping and breaking.

Dishwasher safe - We recommend using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle and not overloading the dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended for oversized items.

Microwave safe - The temperature of handmade, natural clay items may vary after microwave use. We recommend allowing items to cool before taking them out of the microwave or using an oven mitt.

Oven safe - VIETRI's casserole and baking dishes can be used in most conventional ovens and dishwashers. They are handmade of very dense clays and fired at extremely high temperatures, making them heat resistant to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It is important that all terra cotta baking pieces be cured. Italian stoneware collections do not require curing. To cure servers, fully submerge and soak in water for 15 minutes prior to each use. This soaking prepares the dish, reduces cooking time, and prevents the food from sticking. As the Italians do, place baking dishes in a room-temperature oven and then bring the oven to cooking temperature. The handles of these pieces are decorative and should not be used for support. Do not use casserole lids in the oven.

Freezer safe - Items can withstand freezing temperatures, but please allow them to return to room temperature before putting them into the oven.

Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your merchandise before taxes and discounts. Standard ground and two-day shipping rates are applicable for orders shipped within the continental United States.Please note that fabric samples and gift cards are shipped free of charge via U.S. Mail.

International Deliveries
Gracious Style can ship anywhere in the world. After you have placed your order, we will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs. You will be billed for global shipping costs at the time your package is shipped. For more information on the rates for a particular destination or for more details please write us.

Customs and Duties
Please note that our shipping quotes do not include any applicable duties, valued added taxes, or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon delivery. You will be charged for customs duties if we are invoiced for them.

Oversized Charges
Certain larger items are subject to an oversized delivery charge. These are noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to standard shipping rates.

Address Correction
You are responsible for providing us with accurate and deliverable addresses with your order. If we are charged address correction, returned shipment, remote or non-deliverable location surcharges, or re-shipping fees by the carrier delivering your order, those fees will be billed to you.

Returns

Items in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition with all original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If the items were sold as sets or in multiples, they must be returned in the same sets of multiples.

Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Sale items, discounted items, custom orders, special orders and monogrammed items are not returnable. Items discounted from their MSRP, such as rugs, and items discounted during special promotion periods are returnable

2. Art, furniture, mirrors, and sterling silver items are not returnable.

3. Alain Saint Joanis, Alberto Pinto, Ambella Home, Anna Weatherley, Caracole, Chelsea House, Christofle, Coastal Living, Currey, Daum, David Mellor, Downright, Ercuis, Essentials for Living, Four Hands, Frederick Cooper, Hering Berlin, Interlude Home, Ivy Guild, Jamie Young, John-Richard, J Seignolles, Kelly Hoppen, Lalique, Made Goods, Medard de Noblat, Meissen, Mike & Ally, Noir, Odiot, Regina Andrew, Richard Ginori, Sonder, Varga, Villa & House and Wildwood Lamps items are not returnable.

4. Herend, Jay Strongwater and Moser items will incur a 20% restocking charge

5. Shipping fees are not refundable.

6. Special orders, custom orders, Alain Saint Joanis, Alberto Pinto, Ambella Home, Anna Weatherley, Caracole, Chelsea House, Christofle, Coastal Living, Currey, Daum, David Mellor, Downright, Ercuis, Essentials for Living, Four Hands, Frederick Cooper, Hering Berlin, Interlude Home, Ivy Guild, Jamie Young, John-Richard, J Seignolles, Kelly Hoppen, Lalique, Made Goods, Medard de Noblat, Meissen, Mike & Ally, Noir, Odiot, Regina Andrew, Richard Ginori, Sonder, Varga, Villa & House and Wildwood Lamps are not cancellable once they have been placed.

Items which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without a Return Authorization number will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.

If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return if you get a refund for your return. They would not be deducted if you get a gift card for your return.
