Get ready to be happy! Pantone has announced the color of the year for 2012: “Tangerine Tango,” a lively orange hue.
According to Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute®, Tangerine Tango “marries the vivaciousness and adrenaline rush of red with the friendliness and warmth of yellow,” so it is sophisticated, dramatic, and seductive.
At home, this warm and vibrant color adds spice to any room. As for us? It reminds us of winter citrus here in Southern California!
