I Received a Damaged Item
If you received a damaged/wrong item, please report it to us immediately using the “Order Problem” link at the bottom of our website. You must notify us of damage within 10 days of receipt.
We may send you a follow up email to request additional information, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and exterior packaging. Per UPS requirements, we will need
As soon as we have reviewed your request, we will email you back. In the meantime, please do not discard either the damaged item or any of the exterior packaging.
Please inspect large shipments such as furniture, mirrors, and art when they are delivered to you. If they are damaged, do not accept them from the shipper.
