I love the cheese dome with the adorable bird accent, but I found the tremendous customer service even more impressive. Excellent communication from the moment I ordered up to when I had a slight problem with the product.

The customer service and follow up on my order was BAD. Order placed, full amount charged, no estimated delivery date, or follow up. Day's days (8) later the full amount debited back to my account. Purchased the same thing elsewhere after a two weeks. Days later emailed that the product was shipping. Thought is was a scam! It was shipped without payment. Not worth the aggravation.

Pretty sure this is a scam website, buyer beware. They sent me the wrong order, I had to pay shipping to return the incorrect order, and then they resent me the wrong order again. Either a scam or grossly incompetent, either way, definitely buy somewhere else.
