Styled after 17th century French silverware, our Valois flatware has an antique feel. Since 1867, Ercuis has created fine cutlery used in embassies, yachts, and fine hotels around the world. Each piece of Ercuis sterling silver cutlery is marked with two patterns: the "poincon de maitre" (or master's mark) with the Ercuis initials inside of a diamond shape, and the French state's head of Minerva, which ensures that the pieces are crafted using 925 (first quality) silver and that they are made in France. Five-piece setting includes dinner knife, dinner fork, place spoon, salad fork, and teaspoon.
