I was happy with my order and with the customer service. The only thing that was confusing was that I received an email that said something about items being out of stock. It made me believe that my item was out of stock so then I ordered it from another retailer. Apparently the out-of-stock message I received was just boilerplate copy. But it was confusing.

Received the furniture in a very timely fashion. Good communication with me on delivery via email and phone. Very easy to work with the delivery folks and I felt informed on the arrival of the furniture!

I ordered these mugs as a set of 4 on July 3rd. When I only received 3, I called and was told one mug was back ordered til September 5, even though it was presented as a set of 4. I looked up my order after 9/5 and the date was again delayed to October, so I cancelled the order and bought the one mug elsewhere. There was never any correspondence explaining the delay…it was up to me to follow through on my own. Poor customer service!

Back ordered for over a year. Order finally cancelled as "discontinued" even though it is available with other companies. Charged credit card while still on back order.
