Description
The Lanna Collection, offered in a deep espresso or sand bleached oak, is a very modern desk. The rich straight-grain oak —rather than cathedral grain— lends a more modern and refined aesthetic. The sand variant is a bleached, cerused oak, and the espresso finish is a very dark, almost black color that really highlights the bronze accents. The custom bronze elements, like the tassel pulls that are reminiscent of medieval bronze combined with antique French tassels known as Passementerie, make the desk more subtle and masculine. Our hardware is custom-cast and exclusive to Villa & House. Notice the inset metal reveal, a Villa & House signature design element, set into the groove of the desk’s top, skimming the perimeter of your writing surface. The overall shape of the Lanna is architectural, light, sculptural and modern. The workspace is quite large—like an augmented writing desk, providing a significant surface with ample space for a monitor, laptop, or many documents. The result is subtle glamour, putting high-end materials on display, but not in a flashy way. Reminiscent of a historical, archival piece of furniture, the modern oak Lanna desk will undoubtedly be an heirloom item.

International Deliveries
Gracious Style ships internationally. After you place your order, we will provide an estimated shipping cost and request your confirmation before proceeding. International shipping charges are billed when your package ships. For destination-specific rates or assistance, please contact us.
Customs and Duties
Unless expressly stated otherwise, international shipping quotes and order totals do not include customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage, disbursement, clearance, or other carrier or governmental charges. The purchasing customer is responsible for these amounts. Carriers or customs authorities may collect them from the recipient at delivery. If a carrier, customs authority, or other third party invoices Gracious Style for charges related to your order—including because the recipient does not pay them at delivery—we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount invoiced.
Oversized Charges
Certain larger items are subject to an oversized-delivery charge. When applicable, this charge is noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to the standard shipping rate.
Address Correction
You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. If a carrier bills Gracious Style for an address correction, returned shipment, remote or non-deliverable location surcharge, or re-shipping fee related to your order, we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount billed.

Items which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without a Return Authorization number will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.
