Our jute, sisal, and hemp rugs are natural fiber rugs crafted by skilled artisans for exceptional quality. Follow these care instructions to maintain your rug and extend its longevity:
Vacuum Regularly: Regular vacuuming and rotation should keep your rug in shipshape condition. Always use the standard floorhead and avoid rotating brushes to prevent damage.
Rotate Often: Show your rug some love by rotating it every three months to help ensure it wears evenly.
Remove Dry Spots:
To remove a dried spot on the rug, scrape carefully from the outer edges of the spot toward the middle. This ensures it is lifted without spreading.
Avoid Water & Moisture: Natural fibers like jute and sisal are susceptible to mold and mildew. Rugs should be dried as quickly as possible when wet by either hanging the rug to increase air flow, or by using a floor fan to help speed drying. If only a spot gets wet, blot with paper towels to soak up moisture. Clean the area with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Protect your rug by avoiding direct sunlight. If your rug is in a sunny spot, rotate it frequently to ensure even color distribution and prevent fading.
Use Furniture Pads: Use furniture pads under heavy pieces. This prevents flattening and preserves the rug’s appearance.
Professional Cleaning: To help maintain the rug’s appearance and longevity, we recommend professional cleaning when needed.
Indoor Use Only: Designed for use indoors and on enclosed porches. Avoid getting the rug wet.
Safety Note: Our jute, sisal, and hemp rugs are flammable. Avoid using them near sources of ignition.

International Deliveries
Gracious Style can ship anywhere in the world. After you have placed your order, we will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs. Customs and Duties
Please note that our shipping quotes do not include any applicable duties, valued added taxes, or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon delivery. You will be charged for customs duties if we are invoiced for them.
Oversized Charges
Certain larger items are subject to an oversized delivery charge. These are noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to standard shipping rates.
Address Correction
You are responsible for providing us with accurate and deliverable addresses with your order. If we are charged address correction, returned shipment, remote or non-deliverable location surcharges, or re-shipping fees by the carrier delivering your order, those fees will be billed to you.
Returns
Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:
Items which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without a Return Authorization number will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.
