I ordered 16 sets of cutlery. They sent me ONE set, one fork, one knife, one spoon (you get it). I called multiple times, finally they said the other 15 sets were on back order- and could not tell me when I would get them (at least 4 months was the best answer I got). So I said cancel my order and return the one you sent me. They REFUSED to accept back the one set and refused to refund me. They deceptively sold me something they didn’t have and wasn’t getting, sold me the one they had and refuse to accept any returns- TOTAL FRAUD. Do NOT trust this website/online retailer. Gracious Style is definitely a corrupt operation.
