I ordered a bunch of these serrated pairing knives (8) for basically everyone in my family for gifts for the holidays. Personally I love them for cutting croissants for sandwiches and other small things because they are so fast to hand wash. I haven’t had to sharpen mine yet but I’m confident it will take an edge relatively easily when it’s time. Oh, and the handle is amazing. The shape and weight are fantastic, the material feels very nice in your hand. I could see it getting slick but not overly compared to wood or smooth POM. I have large hands and the handle is a little short for me but it is still very comfortable because of the beveled back and just the shape in general. If you have smaller hands I bet it would handle even better.

Very nicely made and quality item but BE AWARE- the base for the candles is smaller than normal and most candles will be too large and will need to be whittled down to fit. It will not take a 2cm candle base which is what most candelabras are. Colonial Candles will not fit.

The spoons are wonderful quality and match the pattern I already have, but are the wrong size and even with a picture comparing them to what I want, curstomer service has simply dropped the ball and I've heard nothing further from them.

This is a beautiful, simple and modern place setting. I just love it. Sturdy so far, dishwasher safe and clean lines.
