Terrible customer service. Kept refusing to answer my emails asking for delivery information. Delivery was many months longer than expected when I placed the order. I will never use this company again.

Very bad experience. You accept orders for product you do not have in stock and ship in multiple orders. You do not call back your customers for problems and I will never buy anything from your company again. I cancelled an order when you only shipped me 9 out of 12 units and returned the 9 and yet you only credited me for 6 saying they sell and come in orders of 6 yet you only sent me 9. You have your own rules and do whatever is good and profitable for you and not the customer. I will be contacting Visa to credit me the balances you owe me and I will not be accepting the remaining 3 dishes that you let me cancel then said a week later they already shipped which was a lie

This is a new business to me but I was impressed.with product choices.

I have debated about this rug for a considerable time. It was everything I hoped for. Thickness and colors were perfect.

The initial order took over a month to ship, and then I received the wrong items, but their customer service was really responsive and helpful me resolve the issue efficiently, which I appreciated--and the replacements came a lot faster than the initial order.
