Perfectly sized to hold Caspari paper guest towels, our napkin holders are a unique addition to your powder room.
Each piece in our lacquerware collection is handcrafted in Vietnam, incorporating the same traditional techniques that have been used for centuries to create uniquely beautiful and durable items.
From the harvesting of the tree sap that becomes lacquer resin to the sanding and cutting of the wooden bases, every step of the process is executed by human hands. Lacquer artisans attach real bamboo cane to the edges of each item, then apply gold leaf and hand painted accents, before patiently applying numerous coats of high gloss lacquer to finish and seal the piece. The care and attention lavished on each and every detail results in a lacquerware collection of incredible beauty.
Due to their handmade nature, lacquerware items may exhibit slight irregularities in color, finish, or design. We celebrate these differences, as each piece is its own unique work of art.

International Deliveries
Gracious Style ships internationally. After you place your order, we will provide an estimated shipping cost and request your confirmation before proceeding. International shipping charges are billed when your package ships. For destination-specific rates or assistance, please contact us.
Customs and Duties
Unless expressly stated otherwise, international shipping quotes and order totals do not include customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage, disbursement, clearance, or other carrier or governmental charges. The purchasing customer is responsible for these amounts. Carriers or customs authorities may collect them from the recipient at delivery. If a carrier, customs authority, or other third party invoices Gracious Style for charges related to your order—including because the recipient does not pay them at delivery—we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount invoiced.
Oversized Charges
Certain larger items are subject to an oversized-delivery charge. When applicable, this charge is noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to the standard shipping rate.
Address Correction
You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. If a carrier bills Gracious Style for an address correction, returned shipment, remote or non-deliverable location surcharge, or re-shipping fee related to your order, we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount billed.
Returns
Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:
Items which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without a Return Authorization number will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.
