Lauriers flatware is a true model of French "Art de Vivre" throughout time. Since 1867, Ercuis has created fine cutlery used in embassies, yachts, and fine hotels around the world. The timeless designs of this silverware will grace your table for years to come. At 63 microns, the silver plating used on Ercuis flatware is almost double the industry standard. Extra silver is also added to the areas of the cutlery that get the most wear. Five-piece setting includes dinner knife, dinner fork, place spoon, salad fork, and teaspoon.

Since 1867, Ercuis has produced fine silverware used in embassies, yachts, and luxury hotels around the world. Founded by a French priest, Adrien Céleste Pillon, Ercuis originally created silver items for use in church services. The factory quickly branched out into dinnerware and silverware for royal houses as well. Today, Ercuis carries on the tradition through the works of craftsmen who care about quality, detail and passion. At 63 microns, the silverplating used in the Ercuis flatware collections is almost double the industry standard. In addition, the company's specialized plating machinery places an extra deposit of silver on all the areas of the cutlery that get the most wear.

Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your merchandise before taxes and discounts. Standard ground and two-day shipping rates are applicable for orders shipped within the continental United States.Please note that fabric samples and gift cards are shipped free of charge via U.S. Mail.

International Deliveries
Gracious Style ships internationally. After you place your order, we will provide an estimated shipping cost and request your confirmation before proceeding. International shipping charges are billed when your package ships. For destination-specific rates or assistance, please contact us.

Customs and Duties
Unless expressly stated otherwise, international shipping quotes and order totals do not include customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage, disbursement, clearance, or other carrier or governmental charges. The purchasing customer is responsible for these amounts. Carriers or customs authorities may collect them from the recipient at delivery. If a carrier, customs authority, or other third party invoices Gracious Style for charges related to your order—including because the recipient does not pay them at delivery—we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount invoiced.

Oversized Charges
Certain larger items are subject to an oversized-delivery charge. When applicable, this charge is noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to the standard shipping rate.

Address Correction
You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. If a carrier bills Gracious Style for an address correction, returned shipment, remote or non-deliverable location surcharge, or re-shipping fee related to your order, we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount billed.

Returns

Special return policy for this product:
Available by special order only; not returnable.

Items in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition with all original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If the items were sold as sets or in multiples, they must be returned in the same sets of multiples.

Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Sale items, discounted items, custom orders, special orders and monogrammed items are not returnable. Items discounted from their MSRP, such as rugs, and items discounted during special promotion periods are returnable

2. Art, furniture, mirrors, and sterling silver items are not returnable.

3. Alain Saint Joanis, Alberto Pinto, Anna Weatherley, Caracole, Chelsea House, Christofle, Daum, David Mellor, Downright, Ercuis, Frederick Cooper, Ginori 1735, Global Views, Interlude Home, Ivy Guild, Jesurum, John-Richard, J Seignolles, Lalique, Lladro, Lobmeyr, Made Goods, Meissen, Mike & Ally, Varga, Villa & House and Wildwood Lamps items are not returnable.

4. Herend, Jay Strongwater and Moser items will incur a 20% restocking charge

5. Shipping fees are not refundable.

6. Special orders, custom orders, Alain Saint Joanis, Alberto Pinto, Anna Weatherley, Caracole, Chelsea House, Christofle, Daum, David Mellor, Downright, Ercuis, Frederick Cooper, Ginori 1735, Global Views, Interlude Home, Ivy Guild, Jesurum, John-Richard, J Seignolles, Lalique, Lladro, Lobmeyr, Made Goods, Meissen, Mike & Ally, Varga, Villa & House and Wildwood Lamps are not cancellable once they have been placed.

Items which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without a Return Authorization number will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.

If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return if you get a refund for your return. They would not be deducted if you get a gift card for your return.
