All products are rigorously tested for food safety and meet international standards;
Avoid exposing the products to direct flames or sudden temperature changes;
Avoid hitting against other hard surfaces and use napkins to separate tableware when storing;
Porcelain is microwave safe, unless includes precious metal decoration;
Tableware is dishwasher safe. Use dishwasher with extra care if precious metal are present (max 50°C / 120°F). Always use a liquid / gel detergent;
Tea and coffee stains can be removed with a nonaggressive abrasive or with a solution of 1 part varichin and 8 parts water;
Precious metals contain a percentage of silver that forms a patina over time, which can be removed by wiping with a soft cloth and a specific product;

Customs and Duties

Address Correction
You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. If a carrier bills Gracious Style for an address correction, returned shipment, remote or non-deliverable location surcharge, or re-shipping fee related to your order, we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount billed.
