The vase was backordered so it did take a month to receive, However, I was in touch with a lovely representative from Gracious Style who kept me continually informed, and she immediately made sure the vase was sent when it arrived at Gracious Style. I did not expect such stellar service.

My goddaughter is absolutely in LOVE with this vase. She sent me a photo of it with roses, and I want one too now!

Although I love what I ordered, Gracious Style was very frustrating to deal with. I ordered silverware on Jan 2, and didn't receive it until Jun 2. Shipping was supposed to be "between 4 & 6 weeks", and each time I checked, the ship date was later and later. I never received an email telling me when it would be shipped, but I had to check the order myself. Monthly my credit card was charged and then credited, again with no communication. I emailed to ask about the delay, and never heard anything back from anyone. Thankfully, the silverwear did arrive, and my card was appropriately charged, but I experienced terrible customer service for the entire transaction.

Love the glasses and the amount of choices . One one order was sent then cancelled for no inventory,,.Restocking must take forever. Had to choose another product, then shipping took a pretty long time, but the glassed were great
