Product arrived quickly, correspondence from Gracious Style was prompt, frame was beautiful. I needed to return due to size- I was most disappointed that no return label was provided… I needed to take time from work to go to the post office to get the item back to them. That was most disappointing- product was very nice, however it taught me a lesson regarding returns( if necessary). I will try to only buy from a company who assists with return labels.

Ordering was easy and had what I was looking for, but it took three months to receive my order. I was beginning to think I had placed an order on a scam website. The shipping date was pushed back twice. I almost asked to cancel my order since it took so long.

The boxes I ordered are beautiful and were just what I was looking for as the capiz box I owned was stolen.
