Product was listed in stock, when in reality it was not available to ship until the end of March. Was not an issue, but perhaps the delivery date vs "in stock" needed to be more visibly displayed

My experience with Gracious Style was extremely disappointing from a service and logistics standpoint. The delivery process was chaotic from the beginning. The company lost track of the shipment and only resent the package after I had reached out multiple times through different channels. Even then, the tracking information they provided never worked, making it impossible to monitor the order. What was particularly frustrating is that my credit card was charged weeks before the shipment was actually fulfilled, and this issue was never corrected throughout the entire process. To be fair, the product itself is fine. However, that is not something Gracious Style deserves credit for since they are not the manufacturer. In fact, I ordered chinaware from the exact same series through another retailer and it arrived four times faster with significantly better service. There are many alternatives available, and based on my experience there is simply no reason to order from Gracious Style. The operation feels less like a well-run retail business and more like a poorly managed drop-ship operation focused on making a quick margin rather than providing reliable customer service. I would strongly recommend purchasing from another retailer.
