Description
For many, the Christmas tree is the centre-piece of the seasonal decorations and the ritual of adding the ornaments is an important part of many people’s annual celebrations. It is bound to become something to treasure and to be brought out every year for future generations.
Created by long-serving Georg Jensen designer Fleming Eskilden in 1952, the star harks back to traditional Christmas ornaments whilst referencing Scandinavian modernism.
The star is made from palladium-plated brass and attached to a coil base for easy attachment to the tree top. It also comes with a red silk ribbon so can be used as a traditional hanging ornament too.

Customs and Duties
