PVD - CLEANING: For daily cleaning, wash by hand or in thedishwasher with the maximum dilution ofa delicate liquid detergent. WASHING: For hand washing, always rinse thoroughly; dry well with a clean, soft cloth. If adishwasher is used that does not havea complete rinse and dry cycle, finishdrying by hand. Do not leave items in thedishwasher at the end of the wash cycle. Use only soft cloths for all cleaning andmaintenance purposes. Do not use steelscourers, abrasive sponges or abrasivepowders, nor steel burnish machines; their use could comprise the quality of the PVD layer. For removal of potential stains (lime orwash residue), soak in hot water. If thereare particularly stubborn marks, add a glass of vinegar to the soaking. Avoid prolonged contact with foodproducts, such as tomato residues,mayonnaise, eggs, coffee, red wine, salt,vinegar, etc.
CUTLERY - Cutlery must be used and handled with care, the following are some guidelines for safe use. Appropriate use: Each piece of cutlery is designed for a specific use. Do not use cutlery for improper purposes. Integrity: Check the cutlery for defects such as loose handles, cracks or other breaks. Damaged cutlery could be dangerous during use, especially if the damaged part is a handle that could detach during use. Maintenance and cleaning: follow the use and maintenance instructions for the articles. Storage: store cutlery in a safe place and out of reach of children. When not in use, avoid leaving cutlery unattended on the edges of plates or surfaces where it could fall and cause damage or injury.

International Deliveries
Gracious Style ships internationally. After you place your order, we will provide an estimated shipping cost and request your confirmation before proceeding. International shipping charges are billed when your package ships. For destination-specific rates or assistance, please contact us.
Customs and Duties
Unless expressly stated otherwise, international shipping quotes and order totals do not include customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage, disbursement, clearance, or other carrier or governmental charges. The purchasing customer is responsible for these amounts. Carriers or customs authorities may collect them from the recipient at delivery. Oversized Charges
Certain larger items are subject to an oversized-delivery charge. When applicable, this charge is noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to the standard shipping rate.
Address Correction
You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. If a carrier bills Gracious Style for an address correction, returned shipment, remote or non-deliverable location surcharge, or re-shipping fee related to your order, we will charge the purchasing customer’s original payment method for the amount billed.
Returns
Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:
Items which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without a Return Authorization number will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.
